Cottage monitoring includes exterior and interior walk-throughs, perimeter security checks, HVAC and temperature verification, and a detailed report with 10–20 photos. The Standard Check plan includes one inspection per month; Premium Check includes two inspections per month.

Property maintenance is $70 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Services include lawn care, property cleanup, snow removal, dock installation and removal, and firewood delivery and stacking.
Yes. On Cottage Time offers 24/7 emergency response at $105 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Emergency services include water leaks, frozen pipes, power outages, storm damage, HVAC and hot tub issues, sump pumps, lockouts, and water toy retrieval. Call 613-879-4820 for an emergency.
Excavation services start at $150 per hour with a four-hour minimum. On Cottage Time uses its own Kubota mini excavator for post installation, trenching, ditching and drainage work, grading, and other excavation services.
On Cottage Time provides documented inspections and photo reports that can help you keep records for your insurer. Inspection frequency and coverage requirements depend on your insurance policy. Confirm the requirements with your insurer before choosing a monitoring schedule.
